Our tour will allow you to discover the typical flavors of traditional Sicilian cuisine.
The departure is scheduled from Porta Messina, one of the two main entrances to the city of Taormina.
Together with the chef you will move through the streets of the historic centre where you will first visit the fruit and vegetable market and then the fish market, selecting the products you will like the most to use during the cookery class.
The experience will take place at a restaurant located in the historic centre of Taormina.
Here you will be able to observe the chef at work, partecipate with him in the preparation of the dishes and learn his secrets .
At the end of the lesson you will have lunch in the suggestive context of the restaurant, which rests on the ancient Greek-Roman walls that protected the city.
The chef will also give you a gift of the recipes covered in the lesson so that you can use them again once you return home!

The preparation of arancino is an art and the cooking class is one of the most interesting, rich in history and tradition. You will learn how to carry out all the stages of the arancino, from cooking the rice, to the filling up and finally to the frying methods. A unique experience to share with friends and family!
