Website (Stripe/PayPal), email and phone.

Refund rule

Refunds are granted only for cancellations received at least 72 hours in advance.

Late cancellations

Less than 72 hours: no refund.

1. Booking and payment channels

Bookings can be made through: (a) website with automated payment via Stripe or PayPal; (b) direct requests by email or phone, with payment method agreed case by case.

2. Booking confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when Sicily Connection sends confirmation and, where applicable, when payment is completed.

4. Cancellation or change by Sicily Connection

In case of bad weather, safety reasons, service unavailability or force majeure, Sicily Connection may offer rescheduling. If rescheduling is not accepted, full refund of paid amounts will be issued.

The request must be sent in writing to info@sicilyconnection.com including booking code (if available), name, service date and booking reference. The received date/time of the request is considered valid.

Important note

These terms apply to all bookings unless different written terms are expressly confirmed by Sicily Connection.
